A workshop app for a school's teaching staff

The situation

A 90-minute session for a school’s whole teaching staff, teachers of children from 4 to 18, on what changes when AI is in the students’ hands. The design put the staff to work on their own tasks instead of watching a demonstration, so the room needed a tool: a place for each group to rewrite a real task and see, immediately, whether AI could still do it for the child.

What I built

A small app, built in Lovable in one day without writing a line of code by hand. A teacher picks a real task, picks one of the four moves from the session (shift the output, anchor it local, feed but do not finish, show the working), rewrites the task and submits it to a shared wall. Then an AI tries to fake the new task on their phone, as a stress test. If it succeeds, the move was not enough. If it fails, the thinking stayed with the child. The build itself was part of the lesson: it showed the staff what one person can put in front of a room in a day.

The result

Live in a day and used by every group in the session; every group left with a task they had redesigned themselves. Thirty-five slides carried the argument. The app carried the work.
