Claude masterclass for a management consulting firm

The situation

An Israeli management consulting firm had already run an internal AI day and held a Claude Team subscription. The next step was a masterclass for the whole staff: what Claude is in their hands, and how to work with it on their own kind of material. It had to be in Hebrew, in 90 minutes, online.

What I built

A 45-slide deck with 40 shown, in Hebrew. It opens with a quote from the firm’s own website, runs Chat, Cowork and Code side by side, maps which surface fits which job, covers the browser and office-suite integrations, then the building blocks: skills, MCP, plugins and plain markdown. It closes on the organizational machine, how a capability spreads through a firm.

The live demos ran on material that looked like theirs: a solar project corpus with interview files, a unit-economics model in Excel, a segmentation framework, and a deliberately broken Excel model. Every demo had a script and a fallback in an 8-page runbook. A 30-page companion workbook carried what did not fit in the room.

What got cut, and why: the client reviewed every version. Their vocabulary won over mine. Firm became organization, engagement became task. The value-chain map I had built the session around was removed entirely. Three slides were deleted, and anything about how the firm’s own work changes, how to distribute a capability, or which architecture to choose moved out of the deck into a separate consulting conversation.

The result

Eight versions in four days, the last one shaped line by line by the client’s own review. A masterclass in their words, on their kind of material, with their tools. Not a generic tour.
